Consent & Release – Film, Photography & Data
I grant to UK Film School (the ‘School’) their legal representatives or assignees, and those acting under their permission and upon their authority;
Permission to use any films, photographs, digital images and sound recordings made by the School for the film in which I feature, or any literary, dramatic, musical or artistic work or film or sound recording created by me or any performance by me of any literary, dramatic, musical or artistic work or film or sound recording included by the School in the film or in any and all media by any and all means throughout the world for the full period of copyright, including all renewals, revivals, reversions and extensions
All consents required pursuant to the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988
I waive all rights, which I may have in respect of the film under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988
The School may assign or license this agreement to any third party
UK Film School will use images of students only in line with its policies and in order to demonstrate or promote activities relating to their provision.
I support UK Film School’s policy regarding students photographing others whilst attending Film School either with a camera, mobile phone or other device.
I agree that;
- Photographs will not be taken without the subject’s consent
- Photographs will not be taken in situations calculated to embarrass, humiliate or make fun of others
- No photographs will be taken, under any circumstances, in changing rooms or other situations that infringe decency
